After Sales Department:
1- Official Transactions: After Sales Department undertakes to prepare all documents about notary and title deed transactions, taking tax number, visa, residence. The only thing is done by the home owner that to give a power of attorney to the After Sales Department.
2- Opening Bank Accounts: The owner should open bank accounts and activate the internet banking to make payment for house ( water, electric, telephone, service charge etc...) when being abroad. And this also can be done guidance of After Sales department.
3- Municipality and Other Services: To apply for connecting power and water meter done by After Sales Department.
4- Making Insurance for Property and Owner: Again, After Sales Department who gets together insurance company that have an English speaking staff, and property owner for making obligatory insurance and life & health insurance.
5- Technical Assistance: After buying off plan property or completed property, property owner’s requests as alterations or annexes are done by After Sales Department with Project Group. And during this process, property owner is kept informed.
6- Management of Complex: Either property owner stays at home or not, After Sales department is responsible for cleaning swimming pool – inside and around the building, and gardening, also external lighting and security with paid maintenance fees. This is one of the advantage to buy a property from developer. If the property is purchased from estate agent or person who does not have after sales department, the owner will be responsible those things mentioned above.
7- Shopping and Furnishing The House: Another question, in overseas buyer’s mind, are furnishing and decorating their house. He needs trustable people with him because of foreign currency, different quality of goods at the market in the foreign country. So that these people will be After Sales Team. The owner shops all necessary things for house by guidance of After Sales Department and even owner gets back home, furniture deliveries and follow them are undertaken by this department.
8- Hotel Reservations and Transfers: If the property had purchased off plan or uncompleted one, the owner can claim to travel our country with aim to look the latest state of house and also make a holiday. After Sales Department is the only assistant who arranges acceptable hotel, airport transfers and car rental details. Arranging all these organizations before coming our country, by someone; provides the biggest convenience in their life.
9- Cleaning and Maintenance of the House: The property owner can request to get their house cleaned and washed linens before or after visiting home. The home owner who comes for relaxing do not want to contend with these things. After Sales Department calls and asks before arriving to home, if they want to have these service or not. These services are given with extra charge.
10- Local and Regional Informations: In any requirement; local and regional, cultural and touristic informations, shopping centers, dates and places of local markets (bazaars), health services, transportations, sportive activities, emergency phone numbers, information of mobile phone lines, Exchange transactions, restaurants-bars informations and address informations are given by After Sales Department as written or verbal.
